About Market Broiler

Market Broiler has an abiding commitment to sustainability. Executive Chef Robin Higa incorporates seasonality on the menu where he can to ensure fresh seafood from responsible sources, usually starting in the spring with Alaska halibut and ending with Alaska crab.

Market Broiler was named one of “Riverside’s Top 25 Restaurants” in 2012. It is a casual, moderately-priced, full-service, restaurant where fresh fish and seafood are prepared over mesquite charcoal flames. Fresh fish and shellfish on display in the Market may be purchased for preparation at home. Chef Higa and the Market Broiler team featured local Dungeness crab at SFF’s 2013 Chowderfest and took 3rd in the “Peoples Choice” category.
