About Bluewater Grill

Bluewater Grill only uses seafood that is certified or recommended by a credible seafood advisory program, including Seafood for the Future. Executive Chef Brian Hirsty sources from local fishermen when he can, including California spiny lobster throughout the season. Bluewater Grill also owns a swordfish harpoon vessel, the FV Pilikia II from which it receives local and responsible swordfish within hours of its harvest near the Channel Islands.

Jim Ulcickas, Bluewater Grill co-founder and owner, was recognized by SeaFood Business magazine as a mainstream independent restaurateur leading the industry by featuring sustainable menu choices.
