Whole Foods Classes

Our second class at Whole Foods Long Beach is this Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Call Customer Service at (562) 598-8687 to make reservations. $25.00 gets you a 5 course seafood class that shows how easy and delicious sustainable seafood can be. As usual, all attendees will receive a complimentary ticket to Aquarium of the Pacific, along with a discount for friends and family.
Menu will include: Gently Spiced Trout “BLT,” Pistachio crusted Tilapia w/ Mustard Rub, Sautéed Mussels w/ Fennel and Saffron Sauce, Seared Mahi Mahi w/ Sweet Carrot Vinaigrette, Cod w/ Prosciutto, Tomato, and Olive Relish.
Look for future classes at other Whole Foods locations. The first class at each Whole Foods location is FREE!

Two hours ago, we held the first Sustainable Seafood Featured Tasting here at the Aquarium of the Pacific to coincide with the launch of the new website, the new look, and the fantastic new logo. I think it’s fair to say that it was a resounding success, with all the chefs bringing their A-game and all of the participants, judges, and members of the media looking full and happy. (more…)
